Group Fitness

Our Group Fitness classes have been adapted to include the BASI Pilates technique, to ensure you avoid injury. Smaller class sizes (maximum 10 per class) allow our instructors to correct technique, and ensure that exercises suit the skill level of clients booked in.

Group Fitness classes include Mat Pilates, bootybarre, Rhythm Row, Senior Pilates, Spin, Pilates HIIT, Mums and Bubs, Suspension TRX, Foam Roll & Release.
