Pre / Post Natal

Our Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes are an hour long on the Reformers. Classes designed to accommodate the anatomical changes and joints stress of pregnancy. Carefully planned classes target specific muscles affected by postural changes of pregnancy.

Reformer Tower / Reformer Semi Private

The springs and bars of the tower with the precise movements of mat work create a great workout. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for core stability, flexibility and lengthening of muscles.

Rhythm Row / Fitball

30 minutes of Rhythm Row followed by 30 minutes of Pilates Fit Ball. This class is a beautiful combination of cardio and pilates and works on core stability, strength and flexibility.

Rhythm Row

A structured 45 minute indoor rowing workout that utilises the beautiful handcrafted Water Rowers. Each stroke on the Water Rowers. Each stroke on the Water Rower works all major muscle groups for a total body workout. You will feel amazing at the end of every class.

bbarreless is a fusion style class with a true foundation of Pilates performed to the beat of the music. Pilates Reformer

Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine. … Reformer Pilates can be used as a sport specific cross training tool.
